Prior to that, he worked under much bigger names such as Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Bates 141, FCB and Disney. His last job prior to setting his own shop was the Executive Creative Director of Ogilvy & Mather Singapore.
Kenji has received his professional packaging design training from Japan in the early nineties and bring with him more than 20 years of relevant job experiences as a creative practitioner in the graphic design, branding, advertising, packaging, publishing and printing industries.

With Kenji’s passion in teaching, mentorship and engagement with his students over the last few years, he has personally nurtured and groomed many successful design practitioners and designpreneurs. many of his past students have won more than 80 local and international awards and recognition from Singapore, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom and America.
Johanna is part of a team at the European Chamber of Commerce, Singapore where she manages events and assists businesses of different sizes and industries, (mainly Multinational Corporations of European origins) in branding, marketing and advocacy work. Besides teaching, she is involved in mentoring - volunteering with NUSS-NUS Mentorship Programme AY2020/21 and Advisory Mentorship because she has benefited from the mentorship of others.
