Kenji graduated with a distinction in Master of Design from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, in 2003 and received a year of professional packaging design training from Japan in 1991. Kenji has accumulated more than 10 years of professional teaching experience as a design educator and 20 years of relevant job experiences as a creative practitioner in the graphic design, branding, advertising, packaging, publishing and printing industries.
With Kenji’s passion in teaching, mentorship and engagement with his students over the last few years, he has personally nurtured and groomed many successful design practitioners and designpreneurs. many of his past students have won more than 80 local and international awards and recognition from Singapore, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom and America.

Robert Gaxiola is an advertising creative director and founder of Singapore agency ManghamGaxiola.
After just three years in business, the agency entered into a purchase agreement with the Dentsu Aegis Network and added McGarryBowen to their names on the door.
Prior to that, he worked under much bigger names such as Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Bates 141, FCB and Disney. His last job prior to setting his own shop was the Executive Creative Director of Ogilvy & Mather Singapore.
Spending more than 20 years in the AdMarcom industry, Angela has held leadership positions for over a decade, in the APAC region, with MNC agencies, South China Morning Post Group and Global Luxury Group, LVMH.
Before becoming the founder of her own start-up Antrepod, she experienced entrepreneurship first hand by starting agencies and had delivered over 600% business growth in business over 3 years. Because of this, she was one of the finalists for 2011 Australia China Alumni Awards for ‘Women In Leadership’.

Chelsea is currently with PayPal as the UX Lead in APAC. Prior to this, she was working as a Senior Experience Specialist in Citibank on their Fintech in the APC region.
She has a strong record of designing transformative user experiences at organizations across various industries including government, financial institutions and education. Designing to her is about weaving intention into a seamless, transcendent experience.
