Strategic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Students will also be taught on how to set up & run tests, understanding their mistakes and setting KPIs for SEO as part of their marketing funnel.
User Experience (UX) Journey Mapping & Design
In this module, user experience design will be taught to help marketers have more empathy towards the experience of customers who are navigating through the business's digital & physical assets.
Participants will learn practical tools in understanding and mapping their customer experience (CX) journey. They are expected to be redesigning, curating and prototyping customer experience in various touchpoint from brand reachability, purchase processes to post-sales services.
Digital Marketing for B2B
Learn how to use digital marketing to reach out to corporate clients and carry out effective business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing campaigns that helps sales team hit their KPI and marketing objectives.
Students will also be learning about trending topics and technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Blockchain, Data Intelligence, etc. and how they can affect the behaviour of your consumers and your business.
Practicum Project with Mentorship
In this final module, participants will be given a real brief to work on and will need to research, analyse, conceptualise and submit a digital marketing solution/strategy.
The strategy/solution is to be done while being closely mentored by a mentor practitioner.
