Customer behaviour is an inter-disciplinary social science that blends elements from psychology, sociology, social anthropology, ethnography, marketing and economics.  It examines how emotions, attitudes, and preferences affect buying behaviour.

Content Marketing Strategy (O-2-O)

In this module, participants will learn how to redesign their content marketing strategy and integrated communication framework onto O2O platforms to reach out to their customers.

Learn about the types of content to create and how to develop a content marketing strategy to effectively distribute your content via various platforms; to add value to your business and to build your online & offline community.

Strategic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Learn how to plan how a SEO strategy from scratch and best practises that the industry is adopting like building white-hat links, tools & platform, content, etc.

Students will also be taught on how to set up & run tests, understanding their mistakes and setting KPIs for SEO as part of their marketing funnel.

User Experience (UX) Journey Mapping & Design

In this module, user experience design will be taught to help marketers have more empathy towards the experience of customers who are navigating through the business's digital & physical assets.

 

Participants will learn practical tools in understanding and mapping their customer experience (CX) journey. They are expected to be redesigning, curating and prototyping customer experience in various touchpoint from brand reachability, purchase processes to post-sales services.

Digital Marketing for B2B

Learn how to use digital marketing to reach out to corporate clients and carry out effective business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing campaigns that helps sales team hit their KPI and marketing objectives.

Students will also be learning about trending topics and technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Blockchain, Data Intelligence, etc. and how they can affect the behaviour of your consumers and your business.

Practicum Project with Mentorship  

In this final module, participants will be given a real brief to work on and will need to research, analyse, conceptualise and pitch a digital marketing solution/strategy to panel of judges, made up of very experienced industry practitioners.

The strategy/solution is to be done while being closely mentored by a mentor practitioner holding senior position in his/her organization.
