In this module, user experience design will be taught to help marketers have more empathy towards the experience of customers who are navigating through the business's digital & physical assets.


Participants will learn practical tools in understanding and mapping their customer experience (CX) journey. They are expected to be redesigning, curating and prototyping customer experience in various touchpoint from brand reachability, purchase processes to post-sales services.

In this module, participants will learn how to redesign their message strategy and integrated communication framework in O2O platform to reach out to their customers.

Brand communication strategy is a strategic communication framework that clearly articulates company's value proposition to the customers in various communication channels including media relations, social and online communications, branding, visual communications etc.

Strategic Digital Marketing For Senior Management

Critically appraise the changing digital landscape coupled with the demands of today’s ever-changing consumer needs. 


This challenges us to always be armed with a flexible strategic framework that continually extracts value from the brands and products we market in an uncertain digitally data-centric environment.

Students will learn about coming out with a sound digital marketing strategy and how to evaluate the success of each plan.

The hypothetical moment in time when artificial intelligence and other technologies have become so advanced that humanity undergoes a dramatic and irreversible change.

Apart from learning about how trending technologies can affect businesses, students will also be having hands-on sessions on automation platforms in the market that helps improve the marketing process..

Practicum Project with Mentorship  

In this final module, participants will be given a real brief to work on and will need to research, analyse, conceptualise and submit a digital marketing solution/strategy.

The strategy/solution is to be done while being closely mentored by a mentor practitioner.
