Ray is the head of strategy for all digital marketing clients for digital ad agency Change Agency. After winning the prestigious commendation award for President Challenge Social Enterprise Start-up of the Year in 2015, Change Agency has grown from strength to strength and has taken in more clients from the outside the NGO & VWO sector. 

Apart from his role in heading the agency to launch successful campaigns online for clients, Ray has also been actively giving back to the industry where he is a familiar face as one of the judges for the highly desired industry awards Singapore Media Awards and Creative Circle Awards in consecutive years.
